Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently using handheld scanners and conveyor belts.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and damage-free delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to company policies, attendance requirements, and production targets.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure a seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) without issue.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Basic computer literacy for using scanning equipment and time clocks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
