Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload inbound and outbound freight using industrial equipment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify customer orders with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and performing cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (2:00 AM - 10:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide paid training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must provide valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Attitude: Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
