Responsibilities
- Supervise night shift warehouse operations and team members
- Coordinate loading/unloading of shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Implement inventory control procedures and cycle counting
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Train new hires on warehouse systems and equipment
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS software
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
