Responsibilities
- Direct all night shift operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity targets are met.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a zero-accident environment.
- Manage inventory accuracy, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of 15+ night crew associates.
- Coordinate logistics and communicate critical updates to day shift management.
- Conduct regular safety audits and equipment maintenance checks.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS).
