Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 overnight team members ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory management
- Implement safety protocols and conduct pre-shift equipment inspections
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift supervisors for seamless workflow
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems and maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Resolve operational issues and optimize processes using lean methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA certification and forklift operator license required
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
