Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ night shift staff, including task delegation and performance monitoring
- Optimize inventory workflows to meet daily shipping targets
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for operational continuity
- Resolve logistical issues and escalate complex problems
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification required
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible night schedules (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
