Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment within strict timeframes.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail stocking.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.
