Responsibilities
- Execute accurate inventory management including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Coordinate efficient loading/unloading of shipments and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and documentation
- Mentor new team members on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience with night shift preference
- Valid forklift certification and proficiency operating warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- Flexible availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, including weekends as needed
