Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ night shift associates in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS technology and real-time data analysis
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for team development
- Coordinate with day shift management for seamless transition of operations
- Manage inventory controls and resolve discrepancies within ERP systems
- Train new hires on equipment operation and company procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in high-volume operations
- Proficiency with WMS and inventory management software
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 credentials preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
