Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and manage 10-15 team members during overnight shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and cycle counts
- Resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency
- Prepare daily performance reports for management
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer proficiency (WMS systems a plus)
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Arizona driver's license
