Responsibilities
- Oversee 12-15 person night shift team with precision
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and environmental standards
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with day shift supervisors
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Generate performance reports for daily operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred
