Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 team members during nightly operations
- Optimize inventory management and workflow efficiency
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transitions
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates

Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds occasionally
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent
