Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify quantities and quality, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and optimize workflow processes.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if applicable to outdoor storage areas.
