Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift team members during 10 PM - 6 AM operations
- Optimize inventory management systems and workflow efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Train and mentor new hires on equipment and procedures
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transitions
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Conduct daily performance reviews and productivity reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment proficiency
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/holidays as needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
