Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes
- Lead and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates during overnight shifts
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Optimize workflow efficiency through process improvements and technology utilization
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Generate daily performance reports and address operational bottlenecks
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handover of critical tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven ability to manage teams in fast-paced, 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as operational needs require
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred
