Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping of products to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all outgoing shipments meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and SOPs.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily targets and potential delays.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be able to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
