Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 20+ overnight warehouse staff during 10-hour shifts (11 PM - 9 AM)
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Optimize inventory management using WMS systems to achieve 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day-shift supervisors
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and maintain productivity metrics
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Manage emergency response procedures during overnight hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/3 operations
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Valid Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving skills for overnight operational challenges
- Ability to work independently with minimal day-shift oversight
- Flexible availability for weekend/evening rotations
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
