Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 overnight warehouse associates and workflow
- Oversee inventory control and accuracy reporting
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Train and mentor new night shift personnel
- Optimize storage space and equipment utilization
- Resolve operational issues during shift hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- Proven night shift supervisory background
- Forklift certification required
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with WMS inventory systems
- Ability to work independently during off-hours
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email)
- High school diploma or equivalent
