Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and move stock with precision and safety.
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders using our state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and meet daily performance targets.
- Assist in receiving and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but we provide paid training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
