Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 team members during 10 PM - 6 AM shift, ensuring task completion and quality standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance in warehouse operations
- Conduct daily performance reviews and provide actionable coaching to staff
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational continuity
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and resolve operational issues promptly
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training credentials
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development capabilities
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during off-peak hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
