- Manage 10-15 person night shift team including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse operations using WMS technology
- Resolve operational issues and maintain equipment functionality
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent required
