Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Pick/pack orders with precision for same-day dispatch
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain organized workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid CA driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
