Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare products for shipment using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain precise records of stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and organizing incoming and outgoing freight.
- Perform routine quality checks on products before they leave the facility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for inventory management.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced team setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
