Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight shifts, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate inventory management, loading/unloading operations, and order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce downtime
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain operational readiness
- Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Generate and analyze operational reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for smooth transition and communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training
- Excellent communication skills for team coordination
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
