Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nightly warehouse operations including receiving, picking, and shipping
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Train and mentor night shift staff on operational procedures
- Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
- Maintain accurate documentation and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license
- Availability to work flexible overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
