Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 team members during overnight shifts, ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets
- Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks and optimize warehouse layout
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation and best practices
- Resolve operational issues and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for smooth transition
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate forklifts (certification preferred)
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
