Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ person night shift team including scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Oversee real-time inventory control using WMS systems with 99.8% accuracy targets
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift and transportation departments
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies within 2-hour SLA
- Conduct shift handover briefings with detailed digital reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Advanced proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate elevated work platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making experience
- Valid Oklahoma forklift certification
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
