Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift staff, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Coordinate inventory management, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations during off-peak hours
- Train and mentor new hires on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and operational disruptions
- Generate daily performance reports and KPI dashboards
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proven leadership skills with night shift experience
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving abilities during off-peak operations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
