Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all nightly warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 associates, providing clear direction and performance feedback
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize productivity and minimize errors
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Prepare daily shift reports and performance metrics for management review
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse/supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse technology
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and WMS software
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions during night shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
