Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.8% accuracy targets
- Implement safety protocols ensuring zero workplace incidents
- Coordinate with day shift teams for smooth operational transitions
- Utilize WMS software to track shipments and resolve discrepancies
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Lead monthly process improvement initiatives for efficiency gains
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification and thorough knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Valid Michigan driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
