Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 team members during overnight shifts
- Optimize warehouse workflows for maximum efficiency
- Manage inventory control and cycle counting
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance

Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently overnight
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
