Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and document incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery with zero-error tolerance
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety certifications
- Maintain organized inventory counts and resolve discrepancies through cycle counting
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols in all warehouse operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced night shift environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays as needed
