Responsibilities

- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents
- Conduct inventory audits and resolve discrepancies using WMS systems
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Optimize workflow efficiency through continuous process improvements
- Prepare daily performance reports for senior management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in night shift environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
