Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 night shift team members to achieve daily production targets
- Optimize warehouse operations using WMS systems and lean methodologies
- Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate inventory management and cycle count procedures
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- OSHA certification and strong safety knowledge
- Proficient in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in overnight environments
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred
