Responsibilities
- Unload and verify incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory counts in our WMS system
- Prepare outbound shipments for local and regional routes
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
