Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ night shift warehouse staff, ensuring optimal productivity and safety compliance
- Coordinate inventory management, order fulfillment, and dock operations during peak hours
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Resolve operational issues and maintain real-time communication with day shift leadership
- Train and mentor team members on new technologies and process improvements
- Analyze performance metrics and implement efficiency strategies for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation skills
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
