Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person night shift team in receiving, inventory, and shipping operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols during overnight hours
- Optimize warehouse efficiency using WMS systems and automation tools
- Conduct shift handovers with day shift supervisors
- Manage inventory reconciliation and cycle counts
- Train and mentor new night shift team members
- Resolve operational issues with minimal downtime
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Proven night shift leadership background
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Advanced proficiency in warehouse management software
- Strong problem-solving under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for overnight coordination
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma; bachelor's preferred
