Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Oversee inventory control and order fulfillment processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Resolve operational issues and optimize warehouse efficiency
- Conduct performance reviews and provide team training
- Generate daily productivity reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment proficiency
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work flexible night schedules (10PM-6AM)
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
