Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Background check and drug screen required
