Responsibilities
- Directly supervise 3rd shift warehouse associates, including task assignment and performance management
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols to maintain accident-free operations
- Optimize inventory control systems, including cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet nightly shipping and receiving deadlines
- Train staff on new equipment (RF scanners, forklifts, AS/RS systems)
- Generate nightly productivity reports and recommend process improvements
- Resolve operational issues using lean methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in night shift supervision
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (Manhattan, Blue Yonder preferred)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong data literacy with experience in KPI tracking
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proven conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field required
