Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations and team of 12+ associates
- Ensure efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Manage inventory systems and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with day shift for seamless operations handover
- Utilize WMS software for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Availability for flexible night shift schedule
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
