Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members, ensuring safety and efficiency in warehouse operations
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and inventory management systems
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Implement process improvements for overnight productivity targets
- Train staff on OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Valid forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle experience a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
