At Metro Distribution Center, we are committed to operational excellence and safety. As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will be essential to our fulfillment process, ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Execute picking and packing orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team lead to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
- Load and unload trucks as needed during the shift.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
