Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 team members during overnight shifts, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory control and order processing
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance
- Train new hires on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid forklift certification
