Responsibilities
- Efficiently process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials safely (certification provided)
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery deadlines
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits during shift hours
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional deliveries)
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-2PM)
