Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 team members during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and inventory accuracy
- Enforce OSHA compliance and workplace safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through process improvements
- Train and develop staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transitions
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/holidays)
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email)
