Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 10-15 associates, providing training and performance coaching
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize inventory management systems and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational transitions
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain efficiency targets
- Conduct regular safety inspections and equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven leadership experience with night shift teams
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong knowledge of WMS inventory systems
- OSHA safety certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
