Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations and team coordination
- Manage inventory control and stock rotation systems
- Train and supervise 5-7 night shift staff members
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Optimize workflow for maximum efficiency
- Handle equipment maintenance scheduling
- Process shipping/receiving documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer literacy (WMS systems preferred)
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clean background check and drug screen required
