Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight from delivery vehicles using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize and maintain inventory in warehouse management systems
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for customer fulfillment
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all OSHA protocols
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces to ensure safety compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Forklift certification preferred but not required (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
