Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 8-12 warehouse associates and ensure productivity targets are met
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent workplace incidents
- Coordinate inventory management systems and conduct cycle counts
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and communicate with day shift supervisors
- Generate daily performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory control
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
- Availability to work flexible night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
